Contract extension with P&O cruises and Ocen Village

Arendal/UK July 7th, 2008: Maritime Communications Partner (MCP), The leading onboard communication provider, is pleased to announce that the company has won a long-term contract extension with P&O Cruises and Ocean Village Holidays.

According to the terms of the agreement, MCP will remain the preferred supplier of
mobile phone services at sea (CellAtSea™) on eight vessels under the "P&O Cruises" and "Ocean Village Holidays" brands. The contract also covers new ships entering the fleet.

In addition to quality mobile phone connectivity at sea, MCP provides crew members with the CrewSIM™ service, enabling them to keep in touch with friends and family.

According to Jan Erik Norli, VP Sales, Europe, MCP's ability to develop additional services is highly valued by P&O Cruises.

The contract follows an initial agreement reached in 2006, when MCP equipped eight P&O cruise ships with the technology to enable passengers and crew to use their mobile phones with the same convenience and cost structure they enjoy on land.
